Carolyn is passionate about empowering individuals with tools and techniques they can use to help empower their lives.  She has personally suffered from depression for years and after hitting her rock bottom in 2012 found that kinesiology and meditation were the keys to her finally finding her happiness… and now 8 years on she is living a life on purpose and empowering others.

She teaches the K-Power workshops both in person and online and loves to hear how her attendees have integrated the powerful tools into their lives.

She is also an international author of multiple books, including Empowered Happiness, Discovering Bliss Beyond Depression and the creator of the Empowered Happiness Kinesiology “Kinesi” Cards.
