Mary Heather Gloss – Holistic Wellness Practitioner
With a background in teaching, Heather discovered early on that some challenges her students faced couldn’t be resolved through traditional educational tools alone. This realization sparked a deep interest in holistic wellness, beginning with her training in BodyTalk, a gentle yet powerful healing system designed to restore communication within the body.
Driven by a desire to understand the body more deeply, Heather went on to study Live Blood Analysis under the guidance of Dr. Okker Botha. This modality allowed her to explore the hidden stories within the blood, offering insight into imbalances and areas of needed support.
Her journey didn’t stop there. As her passion for healing expanded, she pursued Kinesiology, a discipline that works with the body’s innate energy systems to help identify and correct imbalances. Currently completing Level 2 Kinesiology, she continues to build on her skills to support clients in achieving optimal wellness.
Heather is passionate about helping others live balanced, vibrant lives by guiding them to make meaningful lifestyle changes. Her approach is holistic, intuitive, and grounded in a deep respect for the body’s natural intelligence.
