Mona is a German consultant and instructor for a variety of courses in kinesiology and mental health, from Breakthroughs International, RMTi, Touch for Health to Choice Theory/Reality Therapy/Lead Management. Having lived in the Middle East for over 40 years, she has more than 20 years of teaching experience, combining kinesiology with mental health as a faculty member of the Dr. William Glasser Institute. As the first instructor to translate and teach many of these courses, she offers international accredited courses and specialized targeted workshops in English, German, French, and Arabic.
Over the years, Mona recognized the growing need for shorter introductory courses, that would allow people to explore this work without the commitment of multi-day sessions and significant financial investment, which is becoming increasingly challenging for many. She sought courses that not only serve as introductions to advanced ones but are also easy to understand, teaching quick, effective, and safe techniques that can be used by people of all ages and in many areas without side effects.
Mona’s goal is to empower individuals to follow a self-responsibility model, enabling them to take care of their own wellbeing and vitality, reduce stress, and enhance performance in various life areas from the first course without lengthy protocols. This led her to discover the K-power courses, which often can go beyond merely dealing with symptoms and address deeper root causes, thus sometimes yielding surprising results across different areas. Sharing the work of the K-Power courses in one-to-one settings with people of all ages and all abilities, she found powerful, effective and safe tools to teach caregivers of neuro-divers people or others with learning or behavioural challenges to take an active part in change and growth of their loved ones.
Currently residing in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, with some roots in Jordan, Mona and her husband travel throughout the Middle East to share these valuable tools with people from all walks of life. With the advent of online teaching, she can now reach even more individuals in remote areas or countries where travel is difficult, bringing this precious work to where it is most needed beyond borders.
