Hey lovely people. My name is Anthea and I am the K-power instructor for Bendigo and surrounding regions.

I have a background in teaching as a Secondary Health, Physical Education, Science and Indonesian teacher. Currently I am working in my Bendigo Kinesiology Clinic full-time as well as running K-power® workshops.

In 2026, the Bendigo Kinesiology School will begin intake for students wanting to study Certificate IV in Kinesiology.

The K-Power® workshops are amazing. They give you a wonderful insight into the world of Kinesiology and the possibilities that await you. These workshops will foster an interest in lifelong learning. After all, that’s what we’re all here for.
